Adamawa APC Trade Tackles With Kumangar in a Democracy Day Row, - APC Vows to Take Legal Action

RE-MR. SOLOMON KUMANGAR'S PERSONAL ATTACK ON OUR STATE CHAIRMAN.

We observe that in an attempt to respond to the issues of dividends of democracy raised by our State Chairman during the democracy day celebration Program held at Muna Hotel on June 12, 2021, one Mr. Solomon Kumangar defied the ethics of the media profession and resorted to personal attack of our State Chairman ALH. IBRAHIM BILAL.

In the program which was organized to showcase projects and dividends of democracy brought to Adamawa State by the APC controlled Federal Government and our elected/appointed representatives, the state Chairman in his speech stated that the projects/ dividends of democracy brought to the State by the Federal Government, APC elected and appointed representatives combined surpassed that of the State Government.

Mr. Kumangar in his attempt to counter the chairman's statement failed to reel out facts as showcased by the APC during the Program as a counter but settled for personal attàck.

We are not surprised by his thugry approach to media issues because he is in the media circle by providence following a change of cadre. That's why he is exhibiting his ignorance of the ethics of the noble profession.

Mr. Kumangar is a mentally confused person always operating under due influence of alcohol as his operational base remains the beer parlour. He is always involved in political summersault via reckless statements due to the diminishing popularity of the PDP Government in the State.

Mr. Kumangar should expect more shocks because the APC will continue to update the compendium of projects showcased during the democracy day celebration. There is no longer room for them to claim ownership of projects linked to the APC.

Mr. Kumangar should understand that the APC Federal Government being people oriented, is very liberal and magnanimous in bringing developmental projects to Adamawa State for the benefit of the generality of the people. A typical example of this magnanimity is the total transformation of  Yola Specialist Hospital and the Cottage Hospital Hong which are state Government owned Institutions.

However, even with the multitude of infrastructural development put in place at the Cottage Hospital Hong, the State Government is yet to reciprocate the good gesture by upgrading the facility to a General Hospital.

For the records, the party is in full support of the speech delivered by the State Chairman ALH. IBRAHIM BILAL during the democracy day celebration.

We hereby re-state that the combined dividends of democracy brought to Adamawa State by the Federal Government and elected/appointed APC representatives surpassed that of the PDP state Government.

Finally, we are not unmindful of Mr. Kumangar's allegation of monitizing the Party by Our Chairman and the State Working Committee. consequently, we demand a withdrawal of the allegation and an apology from Mr. Kumangar, otherwise we shall ask our Legal Adviser to institute a legal action against him for character assassination.
