Daily Rendezvous l In a rare independence day celebration and show of humanity, the Senator representing Southern Adamawa, Binos Dauda Yaroe, has donated some set of twenty five (25) life jackets to the Association Boat and Canoe owners in Numan as a support gesture designed to enhance safety in water travels.  Sen. Binos, while acknowledging the difficult circumstances the people of the area find themselves as a result if heavy flooding said safety is critical and he would do all within his power to protect and support his Constituents.  Having travelled through the water to assess the plight of his constituents who have been submerged by flood, the senator was able to see first hand the real danger his constituents face while travelling the treacherous voyage on water to their homes. Daily Rendezvous  Proposes Bill for Dredging River Benue, Creation of Buffer Dams The sentor representing Southern Adamawa state, Binos Dauda Yaroe, says he will present a Bill seeking for the dredging of the river Benue across Adamawa, Taraba, Benue and Kogi states as a result of incessant flood that perennially overrun communities in southern Adamawa state.  Binos said his people are tired of asking for relief materials and having their farm produce consumed by heavy flooding annually. He said in tabling the Bill, he would seek for the dredging of the Benue river in Adamawa, the building of buffet Dams to conserve excess volumes of water which could triggar irrigation and dry season farming and eventually empowers locals.
