Billy The Adamawa state governor, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, has congratulated the state football team, Adamawa United over its historic promotion to the Nigerian Professional Football League (NPFL) Fintiri said, his government is ready to offer all the necessary support to the team to perform at the highest level and that youth empowerment is a critical aspect of the his government's drive.
