Daily Rendezvous The appeal Court has uphold the APC Governorship primary which declared Aishatu Dahiru Ahmed (Binani) as the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress APC in Adamawa. The victory by Binani was earlier botched by a Nuhu Ribadu legal challenge of alleged over voting in the conduct of the primary. Daily Rendezvous  In another twist of events, the Adamawa' state chapter of the All Progressives Congress APC has rejected the list of members of Presidential Campaign Council, published by the governoship candidate of the party, Sen. Aishatu Dahiru Binani saying it undermines the party and other relevant stakeholders of the party. The acting Chairman of the party, Samaila Taddawus said, there is nothing within the workings of tge party the permits the candidate to by-pass the party and members of the national assembly and form members of the state presidential campaign council, unilaterally. Daily Rendezvous  The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Adamawa says it is heading to the appeal Court to challenge the ruling by the Federal High Court that bars the party from fielding a governorship Candidate for the 2023 elections in Adamawa. The party says it remains confident and hopeful that it would win the 2023 governorship elections in Adamwa and that the appellete court will upend the ruling of the lower court and grand the party the opportunity to conduct a fresh primary in order to field a candidates for the 2023 governorship elections in Adamawa state.
