Gen. Zirkusu is a Huge Loss to Hong/Gombi, Adamawa, Nigeria -Hon. Buba Yusuf

Gen. Dzarma Zirkusu in an ambush by the Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) terrorists as a huge loss to the people of Gombi/ Hong Federal Constituency, to Adamawa State and to the nation at large. Scores Feared Dead As Boko Haram Fighters Invade Adamawa Community

Daily Rendezvous Boko Haram terrorists on Wednesday morning attacked communities in Adamawa state, killing scores of people, local sources told Daily Sun. The terrorists reportedly stormed Dabna village, a suburb in Hong local Government Area, a fleeing survivor confirmed. He said, "They (Boko Haram) came in large numbers, shooting sporadically. "Those of us who were lucky, escaped through the bushes.  "About now, many of our fellow villagers have been trapped and I fear they might have been killed." Another source said about 18 human corpses were found in Kwapre, near Garaha, the village where the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha, hails from. He said military fighter jets have engaged the terrorists with aerial bombardment. However, authorities are yet to confirm the attack and fatalities. Calls to the military and police spokespersons were not answered. 

Troops Kill 9 Boko Haram, Foil Attack on Outskirts of Maiduguri

Daily Rendezvous A combined forces of both army, police and vigilante groups under the operation Hadin Kai, have on Teusday, killed about 9 Boko Haram terrorist members, injured several of its fighters, and recovered a Buffalo Gun Truck, 3 motorcycles, 3 browning machine guns, among several other items as the terrorist escaped in disarray. The troops were said to have foiled the attempts by Boko Haram terrorists to attack the outskirt of Maiduguri, Tuesday, inflicting heavy casualty on the insurgents.  This is contained in a statement issued by the Director of Army Public Relations, Mohammed Yerima, and made available to Newsmen, Wednesday. BREAKING: Boko Haram Kill 7, Abduct Several, Burnt Down Homes, Churches, in Adamawa Community

Daily Rendezvois Information just reaching us suggest that some suspected members of the Boko Haram terrorist group are reported to have attacked and overun Kwapre community, in Hong local government of Adamawa state, killing at least 7 people, abducting several and torched down numerous houses and every church in the community. The attack is said to have taken place over the weekend in the remote town of Kwapre, close to Garaha, a community in Hong local government of Adamawa state. According to local sources, the insurgents stormed the town in droves of hilux trucks pretending to be military, fully armed and and unleashed terror on the unsuspecting Adamawa community.   The terrorist who abducted several persons were said to have left three women and six children, who could cope with the stress of the long walk who were later rescued by the military.
