Billy The immediate past Governor of Adamawa State, Muhammed Umaru Jibrilla Bindow, has congratulated Bashir Umar, a Maiha bred air Force personnel for displaying unusual courage and strength of character, after he found about €30,000, about N15 million in naira equivalentand returning it to its owner. In a statement signed by his Senior Special Assistant on Press and Media Affairs, Martins Dickson, Jibrilla said, Corporal Umar has brought pride and honour to his parents, Miaiha his ancestral home and the entire people of his senatorial district of Adamawa North.
