150 Women, Youths, Get Sewing Machines, Grinding Engines, Dry Season Farming Equipment -As Senator Binos Rolls Out Empowerment Projects for Constituents
Daily Rendezvous Residents of Southern Adamawa senatorial zone began the new year om a high note as the senator representing southern Adamawa at the national assembly, Binos Dauda Yaroe, empowered about 150 youths and women and equipped them with starter packs and cash to begin life changing persaonal projects. Speaking at the first tranche of the empowerment in Mayo/Balwa, Friday, Binos said the beneficiaries were earlier trained on various skills across the nine Local Governments in the constituency. “We trained them on entrepreneurship and leadership to enable them do businesses they want to do and it was successful. “These Items will enable them start a successful business, be self-employed and employers of labour,” he said. Items received by the beneficiaries include; sewing machines, grinding machines, water pump, sprayers, rain boots, cutlasses, among other items.
