Former Adamawa Governor, Bala Ngilari Consoles Fintiri Over Father's Death

Ngilari said, "The death of Alh. Umaru Badami, father of His Excellency Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, governor of Adamawa state which occurred on the 28th of July, 2019 came to me as a sad and shocking news.
