Deborah Mathew Osanyani, has fired back at the national women's leader of the APC, Dr. Mary Idele Alile, for mounting a spurious defence against some weighty allegations leveled against saying it is not something that one defends with empty words but with proofs to show that one's hands are clean and not guilty as alleged, which simply means where are the wrappers meant for APC women in the 36 states of the country? Daily Rendezvous   I have been in the tour team of Hon. Patricia Yakubu throughout the 21 Local Governments of Adamawa State. The mantra was just one: she's turning water into wine and making many party women walk on water. Her first call was to summon all the APC women leaders and other women party Executive from the ward level to the local government to have a progressive discussion towards the unity of the party. Daily Rendezvous  Our attention has been drawn to a press conference held in Abuja on Saturday by the Binani led faction of the APC in Adamawa, in which they accused the INEC of supporting His Excellency, The Rt. Daily Rendezvous Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has welcomed the arrest of Hudu Yunusa Ari as a bold step towards  justice. It was a battle that started during the military era. It was a struggle that nearly caused me my life and that of my son, Adamu, in Kaduna. I survived the assassination only by the mercies and grace of God. Following that attack, I was forced into exile. But that attack claimed the precious lives of some police officers. Daily Rendezvous We have read with bemusement a certain story published in the Saturday, 4 February edition of The Nation newspapers captioned: Atiku, Fintiri in silent war.  Without so much ado, it is necessary that we put it on record that every aspect of the so-called story in all material particular is a figment of the writer's imagination.  However, it is not surprising that The Nation newspaper, which is basically a newsletter for the APC and its presidential candidate, will throw all ethics of journalism to the wind in coming up with such whimsical fabrication. For the avoidance of doubt, the relationship between the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar, and his home governor of Adamawa State, Ahmadu Fintiri is cordial as ever.
