Adamawa' State to Boost Healthcare Delivery As it Adds 600 New Health Workers ---ADSPHCDA Boss
Daily Rendezvous In an effort to addressing manpower shortfall for formidable health care delivery services,the Adamawa state government has approved the recruitment of 600 more health workers in the state. Executive Chairman of the Adamawa state Primary Health Care Development Agency (ADSPHCDA) ,Dr. Suleiman Saidu Bashir made this known during an interactive session with some select journalists in Yola. Dr. Bashir stresses that the approval by the state executive council will go a long way in ensuring quality assurance. Dr.Bashir explained that last year the Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri led administration employed 1,113 health workers and another set of 36 technical workers were also recruited with a view to face the demands by the teeming populace.
