Daily Rendezvous - Recovers 4 Ak-47 rifles,1 Corolla LE vehicle, the sum of N946,000, 164 round of live Ammunitions The Adamawa state Commissioner of Police, Mohammed Ahmed Barde, has assured residents of Adamawa state that the police is committed to a sustained efforts in fighting crimes, improving public safety and security across the state in preparation for the state-wide local government elections.  The command said it has apprehended three persons in possession of four AK-47 riffles,164 rounds of ammunitions, a Toyota vehicles, specialised in kidnappings, within Yola North, Yola South, Song, Fufore and Girei local governments of Adamawa state. Daily Rendezvous Suspected gunmen are reported to have abducted over 300 female students of Government Girls Secondary School (GGSS) Jangebe in Talata Mafara Local Government area of Zamfara state. Local sources said, the gunmen stormed the school in droves at around at around 1am -2am while the students were fast asleep and made abducted about 300 female students.
