Daily Rendezvous Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa State has described as shocking the gruesome murder of a former Speaker of the Adamawa State Assembly and former Special Adviser on Political Affairs to former President Goodluck Jonathan. Fintiri said the death of Ahmed Gulak was painful and a reflection of the wickedness of the wicked.  Governor Fintiri while comforting the Nation, the All Progressives Congress and his immediate family, described the late Gulak as a witty, determined and practical Politician whose rise in life was as a result of sheer hard work. Daily Rendezvous The former Adviser, Political, to former President Goodluck Jonathan, Barr Ali Gulak, is reported to have been gun down by some unknown armed gun, in Owerri, Imo State. This is contained in a press statement issued by the Imo police command and signed by its PPRO, Bala Eliana. The state reads, "On the 30/5/2021, at about 07:20hrs, armed bandits intercepted and attacked a Toyota Camry cab carrying Ahmed Gulak and two others who were on their way to Sam Mbakwe Airport to catch a flight. "Ahmed Gulak left his room at Protea Hotel without informing the Police nor sister agencies in view of the fragile security situation in the South East and Imo in particular."
