Daily Rendezvous Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has commiserated with his Media aide Solomon Kumangar on the death of his Mother Mama Kwata Kumangar who passed on Sunday at the age of 78. Rt.Hon Fintiri described Mama Kwatas death as a big loss, saying she would be sorely missed by Members of her family, the people of Madagali and Michika.  Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri noted that "Mama was a towering family figure who not only brought tremendous change to her household, community, Adamawa and the Church of the Brethren Mission in Nigeria, as a Mother to all that crossed her path". Daily Rendezvous The Acting secretary of the All Progressives Congress in Adamawa State and State Coordinator RIFAN, Honourable Wafari Theman has distributed tricycles to disabled persons in Jimeta. The event took place Saturday, at the Secretariat of the National Association of persons with physical disability. The state chairman of the association, Comrade Abdullahi Toungo, stated that the last time they recieved any intervention was when former Governor Nyako donated tricicles to them, he described Wafari as God sent and a true philanthropist for this timely intervention. "I received the sad news of his passing with a deep pain and grief that words cannot explain.
