POLITICS OF DESPERATION OR FRUSTRATION

POLITICS OF DESPERATION OR FRUSTRATION By Martins Yanatham Dickson Adamawa State has been adjudged a politically active state full of gladiators at the National and international political landscape, there is no political dispensation and regime that has not produced the sons and daughters of Adamawa at the national level in Nigeria and not just those who occupy political space as quota system bench warmers but active and influential political players. Therefore, one will averagely appreciate the intense competition when it comes to hustling and jostling for power or political offices. One of the very disappointing aspects of this great opportunity that Adamawa State has is that, its numerous sons and daughters playing politics and clinching highly revered political offices have not been able to attract commiserate level of development and provision of basic amenities to the Adamawa people, this, everyone on the street agrees is very disheartening. From Toungo to Madagali, Shelleng...
