Daily Rendezvous The Acting secretary of the All Progressives Congress in Adamawa State and State Coordinator RIFAN, Honourable Wafari Theman has distributed tricycles to disabled persons in Jimeta. The event took place Saturday, at the Secretariat of the National Association of persons with physical disability. "I received the sad news of his passing with a deep pain and grief that words cannot explain. Daily Rendezvous The Adamawa State chapter of Rice Farmers Association of Nigeria, Special Project (RIFAN) flagged off its distribution of Farm Inputs, Thursday, at Ganye Local Government Area.  The State Coordinator of RIFAN, Wafari Theman along with the partners of the project, Central Bank of Nigeria, Unity Bank and stakeholders conducted the flag off ceremony. Daily Rendezvous Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has approved the selection of Bwaltam Bentley Biyapo as the New Murum Mbula.  Bwaltam Biyapo succeeds Murum Joram Joel Fwa OON who died on May 17th 2021 after reigning for 26 years. Until his appointment as the New Mbula Monarch, Biyapo was a Route Commander with the Road Safety Commission. Biyapo was among the four front runners who contested in the selection process from the Muzong Clan of the Mbula Traditional Council.  Born on 17th September,  1975, Bwaltam Bentley Biyapo studied Agricultural Economics at the Modibbo Adama University Yola. He holds a Masters degree in Agriculture and Rural Sociology. Daily Rendezvous Boko Haram terrorists on Wednesday morning attacked communities in Adamawa state, killing scores of people, local sources told Daily Sun. The terrorists reportedly stormed Dabna village, a suburb in Hong local Government Area, a fleeing survivor confirmed. He said, "They (Boko Haram) came in large numbers, shooting sporadically. "Those of us who were lucky, escaped through the bushes.  "About now, many of our fellow villagers have been trapped and I fear they might have been killed." Another source said about 18 human corpses were found in Kwapre, near Garaha, the village where the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha, hails from. He said military fighter jets have engaged the terrorists with aerial bombardment. However, authorities are yet to confirm the attack and fatalities. Calls to the military and police spokespersons were not answered.

Adamcova made the statement while responding to issues raised by the Ambassador of Nigeria to Czech Republic, Kevin Peter.  Ambassador Kevin was at the ministry of foreign Affairs at Czech to facilitate the exchange of ideas and issues of interest to Nigeria.  Present at the meeting were the Czech Republic Ambassador designate to Nigeria, Zdenek Krejci and the finance desk officer for Sub-Saharan Africa. Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, Sadiya Umar Farouq, has announced that the National Home-Grown School Feeding Programme will soon be up-scaled to capture an additional 5 million pupils to the already 9 million benefitting pupils, thus bumping up the number of benefitting students to about 14 million Pupils across the country. Sadiya Farouq, made the declaration during a courtesy call to the Niger state governor, Abubakar Bello, in Minna, Niger State.
