Nigeria Will Soon Overcone it's Challenges-Bindow

The Adamawa state Governor, Mohammed Umaru Jibrilla said Nigeria's economic, political, and security challenges would soon be over stating that the APC led government is focused on ending corruption and sustaining the peace in the north eastern part of the country.
Jibrilla made the remarks, Tuesday, in a statement signed by his Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Macauley Hunohashi.
Jibrilla said, "Though Nigeria is passing through some turbulent socio-political and economic times, he is full of optimism that all the current challenges are surmountable and will soon come to pass.
"Nigerians must not relent in sustaining the prevailing ambiance of peace that has pervaded the nation, noting that most of the security challenges confronting Nigeria will soon be put behind us.
"I therefore urge the good people of Adamawa State, to utilize this year's Eid celebration to pray for our dear State and President Muhammadu Buhari for him to succeed in his desired quest to tackle insurgency in the North East, fight graft to a stand still, recover all looted funds, revamp our ailing economy and restore dignity in our polity."
"I felicitate with Nigerian Muslims as they join their counterparts in other parts of the world to celebrate this year's Eid El Kabir."
The Governor noted that the annual Eid celebration should be a period for sacrifice, devotion to prayer, charity works, selflessness and giving cheerfully, altruism and sober reflection.
Jibrilla also called on all Nigerian muslims to, "Use the auspicious occasion to continue to show empathy to the poor and compassion to other fellow Nigerians, irrespective of religious differences, as exemplified by the teachings of Prophet Mohammed(SAW) in the holy Quran.
"Islam means peace, that is why it is incumbent on all of muslims to continue to exhibit the virtues of love and peace to every one irrespective of creed, tribe, region and religious belief."
He also enjoined, "The good people of Adamawa State not to relent in their prayers and support for the ruling All Progressives Congress so that President Buhari and the APC leadership in Adamawa State would consolidate on the gains of of good governance in accordance with the mandate of the party and social contract with the Nigerian people."
