APC Chieftain Apologises to Kumangar for Insulting Remarks

Daily Rendezvous
A member and local government exco of the All Progressive Congress in Lamurde, Ngumeh Alfred, has apologised to the Director-General media to Governor Fintiri of Adamawa state, Mr Solomon Kumangar, for defaming him in a viral Facebook post and accusing him of being a drunk.

Ngumeh apologised in a public statement that he posted on his Facebook page earlier today.

The APC chieftain was said to have posted the libellous message on his Facebook page.

The apology post reads in part, “I humbly tender an unreserved apology to Mr Solomon Kumangar and to urge the general public to disregard same as it was uninformed.

“I hereby retract those comments entirely and define them as careless, untrue statements undeserving for a great media luminary of repute”.
