Third Empowerment Project: Constituents Praise Kwamoti Over Life-Transforming Projects

Women and Youths from Numan local government area of Adamawa state have showered praises on Hon.Kwamoti Laori, the member representing Numan, Lamurde and Demsa local governments at the fefeal house of representatives, over what they described as an outstanding-life-touching constituency projects implemented in their community.
The empowerment project which is in its third phase for the excited members of Numan, Demsa and Lamurde constituency was a huge success as locals went away with assorted empowerment kits that could change their social and economic well-being forever.

The event was attended by hundreds of constituents drawn from the 95 polling units of the Numan constituency where two persons were selected to benefit from the project including some members of cooperatives and local groups within the Numan, Lamurde and Demsa constituency.

Items distributed during the empowerment project included Fertilizer, Herbicides, Knapsack Sprayer, Clippers, Generators, Sewing Machines, Grinding Machines and Water Pumps.

In their remarks, Chief Pithon Power, the chairman pension board, Hon. Dishi Khobe, commissioner of Tertiary Education, Executive Chairman of Numan LGA and representative of Paramount ruler of Bachama, commended the lawmaker and urged the beneficiaries to put the facilities obtained to good use.
One of the representative of the beneficiaries, Mrs Tina Friday said, "The empowerment is timely and has come at the best time for all the recipients and that the facilities will help recipients to become self-reliant."

Highlights of the event include a cultural dance performed by Ngra-njiya  Bwatiye Cultural Troupe.
