Adamawa 2023: PDP Battle Ready As it Deploys 25 'Soldiers' for House of Assembly 'War'

The PDP has rolled the dice and deploy its army on the chase board for the battle to sweep the Adamawa a house of Assembly seats come 2023.

The party has conducted its primaries to select it candidates to slug it out with key opposition party, the APC and other parties in the state.

Fourteen seating members of Adamawa state House of Assembly and eleven other candidates have successfully secured tickets to fly the flag of the Peoples Democratic Party for forthcoming state Assembly elections in 2023.

The members secured their tickets today at the party's primary elections held in all the 21 local government areas of Adamawa state.

Those who secured the tickets are led the deputy speaker and 24 others on the flag of the PDP.

Among those that would not be returning to the house are the Speaker, Aminu Iya Abbas, the majority leader Hammatukur Yetsuri, the duo are vying for a place at the National Assembly.

While the members representing Song constituncy did not seek for reelection and that of Michika constituency recently decamped from the PDP.
