Fintiri condoles with family of renowned broadcaster, Timawus Mathias.

Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa state has commiserated with the family of veteran journalist, Chief Timawus Mathias, who passed on Friday at 73.

In a condolence message by his spokesman, Mr. Humwashi Wunosoikou, on Friday in Yola, the Governor condoled with the entire Bachama chief dom and his immediate family over the sad loss.

Fintiri noted the commendable contributions of the respected journalist to the development of Nigeria.

He particularly lauded him for his role in stimulating robust debates with insightful articles while working variously as a broadcaster.

Fintiri prayed that the almighty God would receive the soul of the departed and comfort his family.
