Kwamoti Rescues Over 300 Pupils from Learning Under Tree As He Builds,, Donates 3 Blocks of Classrooms to Bille Community

Daily Rendezvous
In an unprecedented intervention in education sector aimed at saving hundreds of local kids who have been confined to studying under tree, the member representing Numan, Demsa and Lamurde Federal Constituency in National Assembly, Rt.Hon.Kwamoti Laori, has demonstrated goodwill by building and handing over newly built and fully furnished three Blocks of Classrooms in Gan-Sari Community in Bile Ward of Demsa.

Gan-Sari is an Adamawa community with over 5000 inhabitants where over 300 pupils attend the only  primary school in the community under a tree.

For over four decades, the lone primary school there has been neglected by successive governmentd in the state resulting in the closure of the school during raining seasons as the available environment for learning under trees leaving the students at the mercies if the elements.
The timely intervention by Hon Kwamoti means that for the first time in a very long time, pupils in Gan-Sari would now learn in a well furnished conducive classrooms atmosphere.

At the  Commissioning,  the entire community rolled out  in cheers and  appreciation.  The visibly elated  Head Teacher described the situation as  divine intervention.

In their separate remarks, the Hon. Commissioner Entrepreneurship Development, Hon James Iliya, the Executive Chairman of Demsa LGA who was  Represented by the  Vice- Chairman Hon. Elisha Dah, the Sole Administrator Bidoma State Development Area,  District Head of Bile and the Village Heads of Gan-sari community all  applauded the feat recorded by  the member stating that the  intervention and humane disposition to governance by him can never be forgotten.
It was heartwarming to see Party leaders of both APC and PDP in Demsa LGA expressing  satisfaction without any reservations to  La'ori's uncommon representation. They unanimously prayed God to crown his efforts with more success.

Responding, the law maker admonished the people to reciprocate the gesture by taking  ownership of the structure and to ensure they take maximum benefit of the facility by sending their wards to school.

He further promised to ensure more teachers are recruited and posted there  to boost learning.
Hon Kwamoti also  took time to teach the pupils inspiring lectures at the commissioning. He advised them to dream and aspire to attain greater heights in their pursuit for academic excellence.

The pupils  and their parents who could not hide their joy and excitement appreciated the  encouragement.

The people assured Kwamoti that Bile Ward as a whole would vote for him and the entire PDP candidates in 2023  so as to attract more democracy dividend.

The event was climaxed by a gift presentation to Hon Laori by the Community elders, prayers for him while the traditional dance troupe entertained guests .
