Sir, the Youth Wing Christian Association of Nigeria (YOWICAN) heartily felicitate with you His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Ahamdu state, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, on your resounding victory at the just concluded polls in Adamawa state.

We consider it important and expedient to congratulate you on this landmark achievement of winning a second term in office as the governor of Adamawa state.

 Your victory is a testimony of your hard work, acceptability and an evidence that good governance matters not only in Adamawa state but in Nigeria as a whole.
