Marafa Congratulates Mss Halima Bala, President of Royalty of Adamawa

I wish to congratulate a mother and leader that has all that it takes to lead as the President of Royalty of Adamawa State. She is a Colossus that has so many potentials in delivering the much needed Support system to many. One of the many reasons of that endeared her the titled of the Gamji Cika-soro Yola.

My first day of meeting Mss Halima Bala had proven her capacity and capability of leadership while she served as the Information Public Officer (IPO) of Modibbo Adama University Yola, and now as the first female Registrar of the Same institution where she has brought a lots changes. This is beside being fully supportive to her principal the Vice Chancellor of the University.

Being the Gamji Cika-soro Yola, she has maintained a cordial relationship with other traditional title holders and being submissive to her District head while her loyalty to the Sarauniya Adamawa was uncompromised and this are few among the many qualities that made her today the President of the Royalty of Adamawa State of Nigeria.
