Ismai'la Congratulates Gov. Fintiri on the Award of Doctorate Degree for Exemplary Leadership

Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa State has been conferred with an Honorary Doctor of Science Degree in Public Administration by the University of Port Harcourt in recognition of his exceptional contributions to public service and governance. The award was presented during the institution’s grand 50th anniversary convocation ceremony.
In a congratulatory message, Aliyu Isma’ila lauded the governor’s remarkable achievements and visionary leadership, describing the honorary degree as a “well-deserved recognition” of Fintiri’s tireless dedication to the transformation of Adamawa State.
“This remarkable recognition is a testament to your visionary leadership, tireless dedication to public service, and your outstanding achievements in transforming Adamawa State,” Isma’ila stated. “Under your stewardship, the state has witnessed tremendous progress in education, infrastructure, youth empowerment, and inclusive governance.”
Governor Fintiri, who has received widespread acclaim for his reform-driven approach and people-centred policies, was praised as a symbol of integrity and excellence in Nigerian politics.
“This honour reflects not only your integrity and passion for development but also the hope and pride you inspire in the people of Adamawa and Nigeria as a whole,” the message continued. “You have remained a symbol of excellence, and this latest honour reinforces the confidence we have in your continued leadership.”
Isma’ila concluded his message by praying for Governor Fintiri’s continued success, invoking blessings for more wisdom and strength as he pilots the affairs of Adamawa State.
