BUHARI REJECTS OYEGUN'S TENURE ELONGATION President Muhammadu Buhari has, Tuesday, described as illegal the tenure elongation for the national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), John Odigie - Oyegun and other officials of the party. President Buhari during the party's stakeholders meeting demanded that decision to extend the party’s national working committee (NWC) led by Oyegun be reconsidered and reversed. Buhari who spoke at the party’s headquarters in Abuja said the tenure elongation decided upon at the party’s NEC meeting in the 28th of February is against the constitution of the APC.

Benedict Peters Responds to EFCC Ruling Abuja High Court rules EFCC acted illegally and unconstitutionally ABUJA, Nigeria, March 24, 2018/ -- The Federal High Court of Nigeria has ruled that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) cannot declare any person as ‘wanted’ without first obtaining a Court order or charging them with an offence. BINDOW'S AIDE DELIVERS RELIEF MATERIALS TO  AFFECTED COMMUNITY By Billy Graham Abel Yola Special Assistant to the Adamawa state on Media and publicity affairs, Mr Martins Dickson, has on Sunday donated assorted relief materials to the Adamawa community (Gwamba) devastated by herdsmen attack. According to Dickson Gwamba community which loss more than 35 members of its community in the herdsmen attack and had more than 3000 of its residents displaced is in dire need of help and humanitarian assistance. Martins say the donation was meant to help alleviate the suffering of the people of Gwamba and help them back on their feet again.
