OPEC outgoing secretary General, Dr. Mohammed Barkindo, is dead.

The CEO NNPC limited, Mele Kyari confirmed his death yesterday in his Twitter handle.

Dr. Mohammed Barkindo died at around 11 pm yesterday. His burial arrangements will be announced shortly.
